Affectionately known as “The Dean of Beacon Hill , ” Mr. Malloy spent 41 years as a lobbyist on Beacon Hill where he served as legislative counsel to the Massachusetts State Police Association, Massachusetts Wholesalers of Malt Beverages and many others. Considered one the most influential lobbyists on Beacon Hill, he was often among the annual top 10 money-earners in the field.
